Andrea is a serial entrepreneur with more than thirty years of international business behind him. He launched his international career in London in 1994 with his first consultancy and trading company, and has since built and led ventures in trade, procurement, healthcare, metals and green technologies across Europe, the Gulf, Africa and Asia.

During fifteen years in London he built close relationships with Middle Eastern dignitaries, which took him to the United Arab Emirates in 2009 to work with government sectors across the GCC. Today his network reaches government entities, family offices and high-net-worth individuals in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia.

In 2023 he set up Premalabs International in Hong Kong, which he now leads together with his two partners, looking after Europe and the markets beyond the Gulf and Asia. He lives between London and Italy, with a reach that spans the globe from West to East, and speaks English and Italian.

He puts his success down to his network, sincerity and resilience, and to one simple rule: to be the person others would be excited to introduce to their own network. He is committed to green energy, recycling and humanitarian causes, including charity polo events in support of UNICEF.

Ali is a Bahraini entrepreneur with more than 25 years of business experience, from a family whose father was one of the early pioneers of real estate in the UAE. He leads family assets and his own ventures in real estate, land development, industry, manufacturing and cross-border trade across Bahrain, the UAE and the wider Gulf, with a reputation for strategic growth, strong negotiation and hands-on management of complex business environments.

His expertise covers business development and private equity, real estate and land strategy, deal structuring and joint ventures, family office advisory and GCC market expansion. He has also founded social initiatives including the Social Off-Road Club and the Safety Means Life road-safety campaign. Based in Bahrain.

Christophe is a strategic investor and executive who works where technology, capital and infrastructure meet. He brings together institutional and strategic investors, technology providers and international partners to develop bankable infrastructure and transformation projects in energy, ICT, digital financial infrastructure and smart cities, with a particular focus on emerging markets.

His expertise covers blockchain, tokenisation and digital assets, alongside capital structuring and strategic business development. His career runs from business development director to C-level roles in blue-chip groups in ICT, aerospace and defence, and fintech. He has also been managing partner of executive search and management consulting firms in the UK, Luxembourg and Switzerland, advising chief executives, boards and investors.

He holds an MBA and a Master's in Finance from ESCEM (Excelia Business School) and an MSc in Human Resources Management from IAE Aix-en-Provence, where he has also lectured on the Executive MBA programme. Based in Singapore, he speaks French and English.
